Membership Information
Barwon Valley Pony Club accepts new members based on availability of space. Our new member intakes occur in January and July. We encourage prospective members to visit us on a Rally Day (1st of each month Feb - Dec) and then have a Come & Try where the rider is booked in with their horse to join in with other members on a Rally Day. A Come & Try is a good opportunity for the Club to assess the capabilities of the rider and is also an opportunity for the prospective member to experience the culture at our club.

Membership Application Process
- Contact the Membership Secretary.
- Visit the club on a Rally Day.
- Complete a 'New Membership Application' form (see below) & return to [email protected] or post to C/- Moriac PO, Moriac VIC 3240.
- Sign Up as a New Member on the Pony Club Australia Membership Portal. This will create an online request to join our Club.
- Your Application will be presented to the Committee for approval. It will be assessed based on availability of a spot to match the rider's age & ability.
- If approved you will be advised to complete your membership in the Pony Club Australia Membership Portal.
- If your membership is not approved (due to lack of room for new members), we will advise you that your application has been placed on the waiting list.
